Questions about a calculator, feedback on a result, or something on the site that did not look right? We would like to hear about it. Astronumia is a small, independently run site, and every message that comes in is read by a person, not a queue.
One Inbox, No Ticket System
No support ticket system, no chatbot, and no automated reply that never actually answers the question. Just send us an email and we will get back to you.
We read every message ourselves and typically reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are usually answered the next business day.
Help Us Help You Faster
A short, specific message gets a faster and more useful reply than a general one. If a calculator gave you an unexpected result, tell us which tool it was and what you saw instead of the result you expected. If you spotted something incorrect in a guide or article, point to the exact page and the specific line. If your message is about a partnership, guest content, or anything unrelated to support, say so in the first sentence so we can route it to the right place.
You do not need to send us your full birth details or any personal information to describe a problem. A general description of what happened is enough for us to look into it.

Astronumia’s calculators are built for self reflection and general interest, not as a substitute for professional advice. Knowing what we can and cannot do by email helps set the right expectations before you send that first message.
